Can't log in

I have no Java errors, but I do get an error on the log in applet, it says "Login failed, check your username". I have done all necessary steps such as: clear Java cache. My user name appears in the game channels, but I have no game applet. If you need more information, or need me to help test, email me at kenneth_napaluch@yahoo.com. Thanks.

If you type it in correctly, it will give the error like 1=1-- said, "Login failed, check your username".

If you actually type it in incorrectly it gives the normal error message.

Obviously this results in making it impossible for me to play. :(
