Ombeke quest bug

So this quest is about watches. he has u build a scan watch and then he says he scans you to test it but his scan never shows up in my log. the watch works(as tested by wertyuiop408) but Ombeke's scan does not seem to work. the quest still ends normally once you say you saw his scan,even tho it never show up in the log.

Yes. There is a bug which prevents Ombeke from scanning you. Fortunately when you lie to him and say that he scanned you and your watched fired then the quest is finished and you get the reward.

The reason for this bug was introduced just within the last weeks. Before that Ombeke scanned the player as intended.

I been trying to do it as of the date of this post and it goes back to the beginning when you tell him you got the watch up and running.
